[Seoul=RNX News] Reporter Kim Ye-eun = ‘Talk Pawn 25 o’clock’ captured viewers’ hearts with a variety of online travel shows that fulfill travel dreams.

On the broadcast aired on the 29th (Monday), JTBC ‘Talk Pawn 25 o’clock’ (directed by Hong Sang-hoon, Kim Sun-jun) featured a tour of Hanoi, Vietnam, and southern France with star chef Yoon Nam-no and introduced a new ‘All Kinds of Restaurants’ corner that verified star ratings of divisive restaurants, offering abundant fun.

In the ‘Talk Pawn GO’ corner, a course was introduced capturing the charm of Hanoi and Sapa, Vietnam, upon request from three mother-and-daughter fans.

The pawn first visited the Hoan Kiem Lake, known as the pearl of Hanoi, and explored the Turtle Tower directly, appreciating the beautiful lake scenery and the historical traces of the temple.

In a restaurant boasting a fantastic night view, they tasted Hanoi’s traditional food, savoring a special gourmet moment.

After enjoying Hanoi, they carefully checked transportation to Sapa. Although it is a long journey of about 8 hours, using a sleeping train allows for a unique journey, solving accommodation and transportation at once.

The lodging located between bustling streets and tourist attractions provided a nature view of Sapa from the room, equipped with an outdoor pool and spa, doubling the enjoyment.

The pawn also provided various tips for buying tickets to Vietnam’s highest peak, Fansipan, from buying tickets to selecting seats on the funicular.

Viewing terraced fields and village scenery from above, Kim Sook exclaimed, “It’s the Alps, it’s the Alps,” unable to contain their awe.

After several connections, they reached Fansipan, about 3,143 meters above sea level, raising excitement about the clear scenery said to be seen after generations of virtue accumulation.

Meanwhile, the French pawn was amazed after tasting the specialty frog legs dish at the famous Montpellier restaurant L’Arbre Blanc before following in the footsteps of Vincent van Gogh.

Yoon Nam-no showcased a chef moment, saying, “It tastes between white meat fish and chicken. It also has a pufferfish feel,” and recommended that frog and beer are in fashion instead of chicken and beer.

Having filled their stomachs, the pawn retraced Vincent van Gogh’s footprints in the small village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in the Provence region. With more than 150 paintings created here over about a year, the place was richly connected with his masterpieces, sparking interest.

Exploring artistic inspiration layered upon the famous painting ‘Starry Night’ during Van Gogh’s time in Saint-Rémy, entering the asylum Saint-Paul-de-Mausole, delivered moving experiences.

In the newly introduced ‘All Kinds of Restaurants’ corner, Italian and American pawns set out to verify rated restaurants in Rome and New York, respectively.

The Italian pawn gave a frank evaluation of a pizza menu at a restaurant whose preliminary reviews were mixed and happily tasted a salad, awarding it a 5-star rating.

Yoon Nam-no, revealing his unique criteria for choosing restaurants, said, “I only look at food photos, not words (reviews).”

At a pub with divided reviews, the Italian pawn, satisfied with the service, food serving time, and atmosphere, broke the bias against 1-star reviews.

Citing the taste of sausages and sandwiches, along with a cheap price compared to local prices, he praised it as a “restaurant to recommend, not to verify.” The pawn completed the verification with 5-star ratings even at the last restaurant.

The American pawn visited a famous southern soul food restaurant in New York. Ordering polarized menu items, it added curiosity, and the freshly cooked moist fried fish and collard greens suitable as rice side dishes led him to conclude “reviews are case by case” and left five stars.

JTBC ‘Talk Pawn 25 o’clock’, guiding new landmarks in travel destinations, airs every Monday night at 8:50 PM.
