[Seoul=RNX News] Reporter Hyun Joon = Singer-songwriter Vincent Blue, the owner of a gentle voice, will participate in the singing of the first theme song “Old Today” for “My Youth”.

The first OST “Old Today” of JTBC’s new Friday series “My Youth” (written by Park Si-hyun, directed by Lee Sang-yeop, Go Hye-jin, provided by SLL, produced by HighZiumStudio), in which Vincent Blue participated in the singing, will be released at 6 PM on the 5th through various online music sites.

“Old Today” is a song that combines Vincent Blue’s unique clear vocals over restrained guitar arpeggio, dry drums, and minimal instrument composition.

Vincent Blue quietly unravels the story of Sunwoo Hae (played by Song Joong-ki), who is going through an ‘adult adolescence’, retracing fragments of time embedded deep in the narrative.

Vincent Blue’s calm expressiveness and restrained tone draw out the textures of emotions that become clearer the more one looks back, like the title “Old Today”.

Especially, the song, following the narrative of Sunwoo Hae, who has passed through life at his own pace, is expected to be the opening that penetrates the emotional center of the drama most plainly while opening the first emotions of the drama.

Meanwhile, “My Youth” is an emotional romance depicting the story of Sunwoo Hae (played by Song Joong-ki), who started an ordinary life later than others, and Sung Je-yeon (played by Chun Woo-hee), who must unexpectedly break the peace of first love. It airs every Friday night at 8:50 PM.
