Group Sakurazaka46, Hats To Hats, and Kiki will perform at ‘ASEA 2025’. The organizing committee of the 2nd ‘Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2025 presented by ZOZOTOWN’ (hereafter ‘ASEA 2025’) announced on the 31st that Sakurazaka46, Hats To Hats, and Kiki will perform at the awards ceremony to be held on May 28th and 29th at the K Arena in Yokohama, Japan. Sakurazaka46 is a Japanese girl group that tops social media trend rankings and various charts every time they release an album.
Last year, they held their second Tokyo Dome concert, meeting 110,000 spectators, and their stadium concert at ZOZO Marine Stadium set a new record for the maximum number of audience members gathered.
They were the first Japanese idol group to stand on the main stage of the ‘Clockenflap Music & Art Festival 2024′ held in Hong Kong and are set for a dome tour in five cities nationwide, including Tokyo and Osaka. The 8-member girl group Hats To Hats is a new multi-member girl group introduced by SM Entertainment for the first time since Girls’ Generation.
Last month, they won first place on a music show just 15 days after debuting with their debut song ‘The Chase’, and climbed to the number one spot on China’s QQ Music K-pop weekly chart, gaining momentum.
Also, on May 10th, they are confirmed to attend the large-scale music festival ‘iHeartRadio Wango Tango 2025’ held in Huntington Beach, LA, standing alongside world-renowned pop stars.
Kiki is a new girl group from Starship Entertainment.
Their pre-debut song ‘I Do Me’ ranked high on QQ Music and Line Music charts, and the music video gained significant attention by ranking first in the trending videos on YouTube in Korea, showcasing a global presence from the start.
On the 24th, they released their official debut album ‘UNCUT GEM’, marking their path as a leading next-generation girl group.
The 2nd ‘ASEA 2025’ is an awards ceremony where top Asian stars gather, uniting with fans worldwide through music.
In addition to Sakurazaka46, Hats To Hats, and Kiki, other performers include aespa, Atarashii Gakko!, ENHYPEN, Bad Villain, NCT Wish, NiziU, N.SSIGN, SKY-HI, The Boyz, The Rampage from Exile Tribe, TIMELSS, and Xdinary Heroes, with The Boyz’s Juyeon and IVE’s Rei as the hosts. ‘ASEA 2025’ tickets have been on sale since the 25th, and more details can be found on the official website and the special page on ZOZOTOWN.
