Rosé’s ‘Apartment’ continues to chart on Billboard’s ‘Hot 100’ for 26 consecutive weeks, marking the longest duration by a K-pop female artist.

Singer Rosé’s global mega-hit song ‘Apartment’ has set another milestone. The Black Label announced on the 21st (local time) that Rosé and Bruno Mars’ duet song ‘Apartment’ maintained its previous position of 13th on America’s Billboard main singles chart ‘HOT 100’.

This marks a 26-week continuous entry, with Rosé once again breaking the record for the longest-charted K-pop female artist. ‘Apartment’ is a pre-release single from Rosé’s full-length album ‘Roji’ released on December 6 last year, causing a sensational reaction upon its release.

‘Apartment’, a duet by global artists Rosé and Bruno Mars, became a hot topic as it simultaneously topped domestic and international charts, showcasing a grand unification in the global music market. This song, which swept across the globe immediately after its release, rebounded on the Billboard chart, drawing a reverse trend graph even as the holiday carol craze subsided.

Rosé, who set an unprecedented box office record, also made it to the list of ‘The 100 Most Influential People in the World 2025’ selected by Time, an American weekly magazine, demonstrating her status as the main character of the syndrome. The full-length album ‘Roji’ containing this song also made waves upon its release.

‘Roji’ became a hot topic with Rosé’s participation in writing and composing all songs, and it once again set a new record for K-pop female artists by entering at number 3 on Billboard’s main album chart ‘Billboard 200’. Park Se-yeon, psyon@edaily.co.kr
