‘Captain America’ Chris Evans returns to the ‘Avengers’ series. On the 9th (local time), American media Variety reported, “Chris Evans is set to return with ‘Avengers: Doomsday’.”
‘Avengers: Doomsday’ is the 5th installment of the ‘Avengers’ series. Chris Evans joined the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) portraying Captain America Steven Rogers in the 2011 movie ‘Captain America: The First Avenger,’ but stepped down after the 2019 ‘Avengers: Endgame’.
In this year’s MCU movie ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’, he made a cameo appearance as Johnny Storm, drawing attention. According to the report, it is not known what role Chris Evans will play in ‘Avengers: Doomsday’.
