Playv, comeback on the 10th. The new single album ‘Plppu’ hints at a winter vibe.

[Seoul=RNX News] Editor Hyun Jae Hoon = The virtual idol group PLAVE is returning with their second single album ‘PLBBUU’.

PLAVE’s new single album ‘PLBBUU’ will be released today at 6 PM through various music sites.

This album showcases a completely different side of PLAVE, who previously showed off charismatic charm through their mini third album ‘Caligo Pt.1’ released last February. It captures a more free-spirited and bubbly energy, allowing fans to feel their lovable charm.

In particular, through a special collaboration with Sanrio Korea, PLAVE targets global fans’ tastes and expands their unique universe. The cute and catchy title ‘PLBBUU’ is itself intriguing.

The album includes a total of three songs: the title song ‘BBUU!’, and ‘Hide and Seek’, and ‘Bongsu’.

The title song ‘BBUU!’ is an easy listening track that combines catchy R&B rhythms with cute lyrics.

The meeting of PLAVE transformed into dolls and Sanrio Characters catches attention, and the repetitive chorus of ‘1234567’ boasts strong addictiveness. Additionally, the onomatopoeia ‘BBUU’, reminiscent of pouting lips, serves as a choreography point, providing enjoyment both to listen to and to watch.

‘Hide and Seek’ features PLAVE’s signature lyrical band sound. This is the Korean version of the Japanese debut single ‘Kakurenbo’, maintaining the emotion of the original while adding new Korean lyrics that offer another charm.

The last track ‘Bongsu’ is a pop track that combines a warm guitar sound with a calm R&B tempo.

With delicate lyrics and plain vocals, it paints a romantic picture as the color of balsam dyed across the ten fingers spreads through a snowy winter landscape. Through this, one can feel PLAVE’s deeper musical perspective.

PLAVE embarked on their first Asian tour ‘DASH: Quantum Leap’ last August, successfully holding concerts in a total of six cities over three months, starting in Seoul and continuing in Taipei, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Tokyo. The finale of the tour will be the encore concert held at Gocheok Dome in Seoul on November 21 and 22.

Notably, the Seoul encore concert recorded approximately 530,000 maximum traffic (number of calls) when the tickets opened, selling out all tickets for the two events. Despite being available for pre-sale only to fan club members, allowing only one ticket per person, it proved PLAVE’s powerful ticket-selling ability, garnering hot anticipation.

Meanwhile, PLAVE’s new single album ‘PLBBUU’ will be released today, October 10 at 6 PM through various music sites. <Provided by Blast>
