Recently, comedian Park Na-rae, who fell victim to theft, revealed that there was a leakage problem in her Itaewon home, which she purchased for 5.5 billion won.
According to the entertainment industry on the 25th, Park Na-rae confessed on the MBC entertainment program ‘Save Me! Homes’ broadcast on the 24th, “There was a leak in the house I live in.”
That day, as a vacant house with a partially collapsed ceiling due to leakage in Seongbuk-dong of Seongbuk-gu, Seoul was being introduced, Park Na-rae mentioned her experience, saying, “There are many variables, but I have been living there for three years after fixing the leak.”
However, she stated, “It’s not something that cannot be fixed,” indicating that it has now been resolved.
The house Park Na-rae is living in is a detached house located in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which she purchased at an auction for 5.5 billion won in July 2021.
The land area is 551㎡, the building area is 319.34㎡, comprising a basement floor and two above-ground floors, with five rooms and three bathrooms. It is located in a luxury residential area near Hangangjin Station on Subway Line 6.

Park Na-rae expressed affection by saying, “There’s really a lot to fix,” but also, “If I can’t endure for four years and leave, I would have to live in an apartment, but single houses suit me very well.”
Recently, Park Na-rae experienced an incident where expensive goods stored at her home were stolen.
Lacking a closed-circuit (CC) TV at home, there was some speculation that it might have been an inside job, but it was confirmed not to be true.
A man in his 30s, Mr. A, who stole the valuables, was arrested on the 10th and is currently under custody for investigation.
Mr. A committed the crime alone without accomplices and was found to have disposed of the stolen goods as contraband.
