‘National Singing Contest’ Special Performance with Kim Seong-hwan, Park Seo-jin, Yoon Soo-hyun, Kim So-yeon, and Cha Hyo-rin in the ‘Naju, Jeollanam-do Edition’!

[Seoul=RNX News] Reporter Kim Ye Eun = As the country’s top and longest-running entertainment program, ‘National Singing Contest’ airs the ‘Naju, Jeollanam-do’ episode, ‘Trot All-Stars’ including Kim Sung Hwan, Park Seo Jin, and Yoon Soo Hyun will stage a special celebratory performance.

KBS 1TV’s ‘National Singing Contest’ is the original nationwide participatory audition program and the country’s top entertainment show that has been consistently on air every Sunday for 45 years.

In the 2126th episode ‘Naju, Jeollanam-do’ airing on August 3rd (Sun), 15 teams that advanced to the finals will hold a vibrant festival on a special stage set up at Yeongsangang Garden, and it will be vividly captured.

Additionally, invited singers who are both skilled and popular will present a rich spectacle with their performances. First, the rising star of the trot world, ‘Janggu’s God’ Park Seo Jin, will energetically open the stage with his hit song ‘Jinaya’.

This is followed by Kim So Yeon’s ‘National Representative’, Yoon Soo Hyun’s ‘Stagecoach Salon’, and Cha Hyo Rin’s ‘Today’, all enhancing the festivity. Moreover, singer-actor Kim Sung Hwan will conclude with a brilliant finale by passionately singing ‘Yakjangsu’.

Also, the ‘Jeonnam Naju’ episode will feature stages where contestants bring both laughter and romance.

The humorous stage of a pilates instructor duo that made Nam Hee Seok double over, a bank employee contestant who sings passionately despite frequent eliminations, and a charming young traditional Korean music girl are just a few examples of the diverse performances that keep viewers glued to the screen.

Particularly, an 83-year-old gentleman contestant who played ‘Tears of Mokpo’ on the harmonica, painting a romantic picture along Yeongsangang, impressed Nam Hee Seok with his enduring affection towards his wife on stage.

Such diverse and captivating performances by the contestants, along with the electrifying performances by trusted invited singers, raise expectations for the main broadcast of the ‘Naju, Jeollanam-do’ episode which is set to deliver refreshing joy amid scorching heat.
