MBC’s long-running program and flagship show responsible for Sunday mornings, MBC <Mystery TV Surprise>, will be taking a short break for reorganization.
<Mystery TV Surprise> is expected to stop its 23-year run on October 26 after its 1,185th episode and return with a new look early next year.
Having first aired on April 7, 2002, MBC <Mystery TV Surprise> has been loved by viewers for a long time, providing interest and fun by reconstructing global mysteries, bizarre incidents, unbelievable stories, and even hidden tales of stars through reenactments, consistently maintaining the top viewership ratings in its Sunday morning time slot.
Running for a remarkable 23 years, <Mystery TV Surprise> plans to upgrade the program to match the changing broadcasting environment and after reorganization, return with a new format and more surprising stories early next year. The production team of <Mystery TV Surprise> expressed, “It’s not the end of the program, just a short pause to come back better, so please look forward to our return in early 2026.”
Meanwhile, MBC <Mystery TV Surprise> will air its 1,184th episode on Sunday, the 19th, at 10:40 AM.
