[Seoul=RNX News] Reporter Hyun Jae-hoon = Singer-songwriter Lee Kang-seung takes responsibility for listeners’ spring emotions with a collaborative album with producer Dress.
On the 26th, Lee Kang-seung released the project album ‘It’s a Lie That We Became Adults’ with producer Dress via various online music sites.
‘It’s a Lie That We Became Adults’ is the first album Lee Kang-seung is presenting after joining CAM and proves an expanded musical spectrum through collaboration with producer Dress.
One of the double title tracks, ‘Let’s Play Together,’ is a song that playfully and cutely depicts everyday moments with a loved one, with lyrics that portray couples’ small everyday life transmitting the leisure of love.
Especially with the upbeat rhythm of drums and electronic guitar and the warm chord progressions, Lee Kang-seung’s sweet vocals blend to deliver a spacious sound.

Another title track, ‘Because I’m Shy,’ is an R&B song that depicts the moments of slowly approaching a liked person while not able to hide shyness. Over a soft melody, excitement and hesitation, cautiously conveyed sincerity is delivered honestly and wittily.
Additionally, included are ‘Why Love Songs,’ which captures doubts and longing for love songs remembered, and ‘Feels Like a Lie,’ which delicately unravels emotions faced at the moment of a breakup one doesn’t want to believe over a rhythmic melody.
Moreover, there are a total of six tracks colorfully listed, including ‘We Became Too Much Adults,’ which candidly unfolds past views by adults, and the pre-release track ‘What Could Be the Same (Feat. Kang Min-kyung)’ featuring Davichi’s Kang Min-kyung, drawing attention.
In commemoration of the album release, Lee Kang-seung is interacting with listeners through proactive promotions such as an album sampler with a playground concept and short-form videos of title and featured songs. In addition to vinyl LP sales, he plans to meet music fans closely through an LP listening session at Hyundai Card Music Library.
Meanwhile, Lee Kang-seung will be performing at the ‘2025 KT&G Imagination Festival’ on April 19 to meet audiences of the spring day.
