Set to premiere on November 1st (Sat) at 9:20 PM, KBS 2TV’s new weekend mini-series ‘Last Summer’ (directed by Min Yeon-hong / written by Jeon Yu-ri / produced by Monster Union, Slingshot Studio) is a remodeling romance drama that unfolds when childhood friends face the truth of their first love hidden in Pandora’s box.

Today (25th), the main poster featuring Lee Jae-wook (as Baek Do-ha) and Choi Sung-eun (as Song Ha-gyeong), who will lead the narrative, has been unveiled. In the drama, Do-ha and Ha-gyeong are childhood friends who spent 21 days together every summer vacation.

Ha-gyeong hides her feelings for Do-ha, a summer guest, as time passes. Then, due to an incident two years ago, their relationship becomes worse than that of strangers, and one day, with Do-ha’s sudden appearance in ‘Pathaymyeon’, Ha-gyeong’s daily life begins to shake.

The released main poster contains a two-shot of Do-ha, full of craftiness, and Ha-gyeong. The two people in casual attire each hold a game console in one hand, creating a relaxed atmosphere as if they have returned to their childhood.

Especially with Do-ha, engrossed in the game with a playful expression, and Ha-gyeong wrapping her arm around his shoulders from behind, it shows a glimpse of their enjoyable past, enhancing interest.

Curiosity grows about what their past was like and whether their relationship can be remodeled with Do-ha’s appearance.

Laced with Lee Jae-wook and Choi Sung-eun’s best friend chemistry in this main poster, anticipation for the first broadcast is reaching a peak.

With the synergy between the two felt even from the poster, expectations for the main broadcast are rising as it provokes curiosity about what narrative they will unfold.

Meanwhile, ‘Last Summer’ is a project jointly created by director Min Yeon-hong, known for his sensuous direction in ‘Royal Road’, ‘Missing: They Were There’ series, ‘Insider’, and writer Jeon Yu-ri, who has proven her delicate writing skills with works like ‘Kiss Six Sense’, ‘Radio Romance’.
