On September 29th (Monday), the first release of Genie TV’s original ‘Kind Woman Busemi’ (Directed by Park Yoo-young / Script by Hyun Gyuri / Planned by KT Studio Genie / Produced by Cross Pictures, Tree Studio) will feature a transformation of bodyguard Kim Young-ran (played by Jeon Yeo-bin) to become the perfect woman Busemi in the second teaser video (https://tv.naver.com/v/83466537).
The released teaser video begins with Kim Young-ran’s subtle expression watching the small and quiet Muchang Village. Because the neighborhood is so small and everyone knows each other, thorough preparation is necessary to enter Muchang Village.
In response to the proposal “You’re living as Busemi for just three months,” Kim Young-ran enters Muchang Village as a kindergarten teacher ‘Busemi,’ showing determination in her expression. As Ka Seon-young (played by Jang Yoon-ju) and the dark crowd pursue her, it’s a situation where her identity must never be revealed.
Amongst growing curiosity over whether Kim Young-ran, who lived a life at the bottom, can deceive everyone as the most perfect woman Busemi, there are those who are suspicious of the new teacher Busemi, adding to the tension. Muchang Village parent Jeon Dong-min (played by Jin-young) sends a suspicious glance towards the outsider Busemi, asking, “Why did you come to Muchang?”
However, Kim Young-ran continues her act as Busemi, undeterred by Jeon Dong-min’s gaze, stirring interest. “I’m about to tell you that reason now,” smiles Busemi, a.k.a Kim Young-ran, as she greets, drawing focus on whether she can safely complete these three months of camouflage life while avoiding those searching for her.
