Broadcaster Kim Sook enjoyed a luxurious staycation at a hotel.
On the 26th, a video titled ‘First Staycation of My Life!!!! Came back more tired with real friends’ was uploaded on the YouTube channel ‘Kim Sook TV’.
In the video, Kim Sook, who visited the resort, said, “To celebrate my 30th debut anniversary, the CEO of my agency gifted me a staycation voucher,” and added “It’s my first time trying a staycation.”
As Kim Sook went for a full-fledged tour, she was impressed by the infinity pool overseeing Bukhansan, the luxury fire pit area, outdoor sauna, karaoke rooms, and other facilities of the resort.
Later, moving to the membership lounge, Kim Sook said, “Does having a membership card mean everything here is free?” and added, “It’s so luxurious. Even the paper cups are different.”
She then asked the CEO of her agency with her, “Is this the world they live in? How much is the membership here? Is it over 5 billion won?”
To this, the agency CEO responded, “Yes. And we also pay a usage fee every time we visit,” which made Kim Sook remark, “The amount must be staggering,” in surprise.
The place Kim Sook visited in the video is ‘Pararapara Seoul’.
‘Pararapara Seoul’, which opened in 2021, is the only resort in Seoul located in Bukhansan National Park. It is divided into a hotel where general visitors can stay and a membership-based condominium, with the condo membership sales price reportedly reaching up to 10 billion won. It also garnered attention as the accommodation where the internationally renowned band Coldplay stayed for two weeks during their recent visit to Korea.
