Accordingly, the ratings for episode 8 recorded 5.6% nationwide and 5.3% in the metropolitan area (Nielsen Korea standard).
Kim Young-ran heightened her guard as unfamiliar workers, including the new shuttle bus driver Kil Ho-se, entered the village of Muchang.
This was because someone started breaking the CCTV cameras Kim Young-ran had installed after the new people entered the village. Furthermore, as an unknown figure openly attacked Kim Young-ran, an ominous warlike tension hovered over the once peaceful Muchang village.
Accordingly, Jeon Dong-min (played by Jin Young) collected information to find the criminal targeting Kim Young-ran and acted as a support force by requesting enhanced patrols in the village.
Even amidst such incidents, Jeon Dong-min reassured Kim Young-ran by promising to come anytime there was any trouble, and Kim Young-ran’s smiling turn at Jeon Dong-min’s reliable words created a mysterious thrill.
While the village of Muchang was in turmoil with the appearance of outsiders, Lee Don (played by Seo Hyun-woo) was searching for the missing Ga Sun-woo (played by Lee Chang-min).
Ga Sun-woo had evidence proving that Ga Sun-young was present at the scene where Ga Ye-rim (played by Lee Da-eun), the biological daughter of Chairman Ga Seong-ho (played by Moon Sung-geun), died long ago.
Should Ga Sun-woo’s words be true, it would be possible to easily eliminate Ga Sun-young. Hence, Lee Don intensified his tracking efforts to acquire the evidence Ga Sun-woo possessed.
With Kim Young-ran’s request, Lee Don confirmed that the shuttle bus driver was not Kil Ho-se but a convict named Kil Tae-im and immediately reported the fact to Kim Young-ran.
Suspecting Kil Ho-se internally, Kim Young-ran was convinced that Kil Ho-se was the one who broke the CCTV and attacked her, leading her to set a trap to capture the criminal, heightening the tension.
As Kim Young-ran had guessed, Kil Ho-se, who came to kill her under Ga Seon-young’s orders, entered the house with a fuel tank and a weapon in hand.
Kim Young-ran fiercely resisted Kil Ho-se, but she eventually succumbed to his excessive maliciousness and could only watch helplessly as Kil Ho-se, binding her entire body, attempted to set the house on fire.
To make matters worse, even Baek Hye-ji (played by Joo Hyun-young), who came to help Kim Young-ran, was ruthlessly attacked by Kil Ho-se, leaving viewers in shock with his brutal demeanor.
The episode concluded on a suspenseful note with a startling bang as Kil Ho-se pointed a gun at the panic-stricken Kim Young-ran’s head, increasing the anxiety and raising curiosity about whether Kim Young-ran will survive the unprecedented crisis in her life reset project.
The fate of Jeon Yeo-bin, on the boundary of life and death, can be confirmed in episode 9 of the Genie TV original ‘Nice Woman Busemi,’ which will be aired on the 27th (Monday) at 10 PM on ENA.
