The YouTube channel operated by model Han Hye-jin has been deleted after a suspected hacking incident, causing concern among fans.
As of the morning of the 10th, Han Hye-jin’s official YouTube channel, which had about 890,000 subscribers, disappeared, leaving only a message stating “The channel has been deleted for violating YouTube’s community guidelines.” Previously, a completely unexpected live broadcast was streamed on Han Hye-jin’s YouTube channel. The broadcast title was ‘Ripple (XRP): Growth Prediction by CEO Brad Garlinghouse,’ covering the market outlook for the cryptocurrency Ripple and the CEO’s future plans. As Han Hye-jin’s YouTube channel was usually centered on fashion, everyday vlogs, and workout routines, fans immediately sensed something was amiss upon seeing the sudden coin broadcast.
During the broadcast, the comment section was turned off, and coin-related phrases were included in English in the video description. Soon after, the channel was deleted, escalating fans’ anxiety. Currently, accessing Han Hye-jin’s YouTube page only shows a “channel has been deleted” message, with all existing content gone.
Later, Han Hye-jin directly explained her position. Through an official statement on the 10th, she stated, “My YouTube channel was hacked,” and added, “I learned around 8 AM that a coin-related live broadcast was streamed on my channel in the early hours of November 10th through calls from the production team and acquaintances.”
She continued, “I have officially filed an appeal with YouTube and have taken all possible measures for the channel’s prompt recovery, waiting for a response.” She emphasized, “The broadcast was not intended by me or the production team, and I sincerely hope no one suffered as a result.”
She added, “I’ve lovingly planned and created every piece of content for the channel, so I am devastated and heartbroken. Once again, I sincerely apologize to subscribers and users for any concerns and inconvenience caused. I will do my utmost for the channel’s swift recovery.” Acknowledging the situation, Han Hye-jin assured fans of her efforts to resolve the issue.

Previously, the official channels of SHINee’s Taemin, IVE, MONSTA X, VIVIZ, and others suffered similar incidents, and content on tvN DRAMA and OTT platform TVING’s official accounts was temporarily replaced due to hacking attacks. Fans are sending messages of support, saying, “I hope Hye-jin’s channel gets restored soon,” and “I hope this doesn’t happen again.”
