The director never lost his temper and embraced all the staff like a mother,” he said, adding, “I grew up watching Director Kwak’s works, so I could be nervous in front of him, but he treated me comfortably from the start,” sharing his thoughts on working with director Kwak Kyung-taek. Regarding Kwak Kyung-taek’s previous interview where he said, “I didn’t think I would lose in a power struggle with Kwak Do-won,” Ju Won commented, “Luckily, my personality isn’t the kind to engage in power struggles.”
