[Seoul=RNX News] Reporter Seo-yeon Jeong = In the 10th episode of KBS 2TV’s weekend miniseries ‘Eunsoo’s Good Day’ (directed by Hyun-wook Song / written by Young-shin Jeon / produced by Baram Pictures·Slingshot Studio) aired yesterday (19th), Kang Eunsoo (played by Lee Young-ae) awakened to protect her family, Lee Kyung (played by Kim Young-kwang) who tries to break the chain of revenge that lasted for 10 years, and Jang Tae-gu (played by Park Yong-woo) who stood at the center of all evil deeds, had a direct confrontation, dyeing the relationship surrounding the three with blood.
In yesterday’s broadcast, Lee Kyung visited Eunsoo’s house and witnessed Do-jin Park (played by Bae Soo-bin) discovering drugs in a car. Do-jin resented Kyung for asking him for drugs and engaged in a heated physical fight. At that moment, a call came from Su-a Park (played by Kim Si-ah) who was kidnapped by Jun-hyun Hwang (played by Son Bo-seung), and Kyung immediately rushed to the scene instead of the worsening condition of Do-jin.
At the moment Jun-hyun was about to harm Su-a, Choi Kyung-do (played by Kwon Ji-woo), who had been following behind him, appeared, leaving the viewers on the edge of their seats. Kyung-do saved Su-a after a fierce battle with Jun-hyun, and the arriving Kyung also threw himself into the fight. Although Kyung barely subdued Jun-hyun by joining forces with Kyung-do, the panicked Su-a escaped and encountered Tae-gu, leading to her arrest by the police.
Meanwhile, Eunsoo completed her final deal at Wirim’s villa and held a large amount of money in her hands, but was devastated upon hearing the news that Su-a was in danger. Tae-gu, who was interrogating Su-a, mocked Eunsoo by asking, “Who made a young girl like you do this and gave you money?”. He also summoned Eunsoo to the interrogation room and threatened her life, saying, “I will destroy everything you love.”
Confronting Eunsoo with all the truths, Kyung visited her and declared his plan to kill, saying, “It was Jang Tae-gu who killed Dong-hyun. It’s time to end him now.” With nowhere else to retreat, Eunsoo and Kyung joined hands again to plan making Tae-gu disappear forever. However, Tae-gu, who was already eavesdropping on their conversation, set a trap by bribing the currency exchange employee Kyung had contacted in advance.
Eunsoo, carrying the money to lure Tae-gu and remaining drugs, headed to a deserted open field. The confrontation between Tae-gu, who was waiting at the appointed place, and Kyung who was secretly hiding, brought extreme thrill. When the currency exchange employees who were supposed to kidnap Tae-gu didn’t appear, Kyung confronted Tae-gu directly.
Tae-gu shot at Kyung’s foot as if he was waiting, causing the plans of Kyung and Eunsoo, who had no idea of Tae-gu’s true intentions, to fall apart like a bubble.
At the end of the broadcast, Kyung, who was desperately resisting Tae-gu, helped Eunsoo escape the scene. During the physical struggle, Tae-gu pointed his gun at Kyung, and at that moment, a car driven by Eunsoo rushed towards them in the darkness. The ending, where Tae-gu shot at Kyung and Eunsoo’s car hit him, gave viewers chills.
Viewers who encountered the broadcast said, “Kang Eunsoo’s spirit is extraordinary”, “It was like watching a thriller movie. The action and acting were perfect”, “This drama properly showed how drugs can devastate lives”, “Tae-gu is the final villain”,
“A desperate yet dynamic drama after a long time”, “Today, I enjoyed the actors’ acting skills greatly”, “Tae-gu is really on top. Eunsoo, Kyung, I wish you success in cooperation”, “The tension doesn’t let up until the end. I can’t believe next week is the final episode” leaving hot responses.
Meanwhile, with only 2 episodes remaining until the final episode, the 11th episode of KBS 2TV’s weekend miniseries ‘Eunsoo’s Good Day’ will be broadcast on Saturday, the 25th at 9:20 PM.
