CATCH THE YOUNG (Sani, Kihun, Namhyun, Junyong, Jeongmo) held a busking performance on the 6th at Star Square, Yonsei-ro, Sinchon, Seoul to commemorate the release of their new single ‘Ideal Type’.
CATCH THE YOUNG energetically opened their busking performance with the stage ‘My Own Way’. The vibrant band sound of CATCH THE YOUNG, which embodies the youth of summer days, provided a thrilling sensation to the citizens from the start.
After warming up the scene with the first stage, CATCH THE YOUNG expressed their meaningful thoughts, saying, “In 2023, we had our debut stage while doing a busking performance here.
After 1 year and 8 months, being back here for a performance is indeed touching.” They then officially started the stage, having a time of unity with everyone present.
CATCH THE YOUNG displayed the essence of band sound with stages like ‘Sentimental Journey’, ‘The Way to Meet You’, ‘Dream It’, and ‘The Legend’.
Combining lively performances and refreshing vocals suitable for the season, they created a stage with a completeness reminiscent of a solo concert.
CATCH THE YOUNG got closer to the citizens through witty comments during the performance. Particularly, the ‘CATCH THE YOUNG OX Quiz’ event engaged everyone for a shared enjoyable time.
CATCH THE YOUNG led the stage with a much more relaxed demeanor compared to their debut busking performance, showing noticeable growth in communication and hosting.
Then, CATCH THE YOUNG adorned the highlight of the day’s busking performance with the stage ‘Ideal Type’. Encouraged by the enthusiastic cheers and encores from the citizens, CATCH THE YOUNG prepared ‘YOUTH!!!’ as the encore song, wrapping up the time fruitfully till the end.
Meanwhile, CATCH THE YOUNG has made a name for themselves at significant rock festivals in the latter half of the year such as the ‘2025 Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival’, ‘JUMF 2025 Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival’, and ‘2025 Sound Planet Festival’, solidifying their presence as a leading figure in the K-band boom.
