Singer and broadcaster Lee Sang-min spoke about the future of the SBS entertainment show ‘Shoes off, Dolsing Fourmen’ after his marriage.
On the 20th broadcast of ‘Dolsing Fourmen,’ members Kim Jun-ho, Lee Sang-min, Lim Won-hee, and Tak Jae-hoon were seen discussing the future of the program. ‘Dolsing Fourmen’ is a talk show hosted by four male entertainers who have experienced divorce.
At the beginning of the broadcast, except for Lee Sang-min, the other three participants seemed shocked by the news of Lee Sang-min’s marriage, sighing heavily.
Lee Sang-min asked, “Why is everyone sighing? Aren’t you happy that I’m getting married?” To this, Tak Jae-hoon replied with a disappointed look, “You got the order wrong, ××,” causing laughter. Tak Jae-hoon and Lim Won-hee are 5 and 3 years older than Lee Sang-min, respectively.
Lee Sang-min asked, “Since it’s a good event, please give me some words of blessing.”
Tak Jae-hoon volunteered to give a blessing and said, “How are you going to handle it?” causing laughter again. Lee Sang-min replied, “It seems it will be hard for me to handle that love too,” and his colleagues looked exasperated.
Tak Jae-hoon said, “Now everything is sorted out. We just have to get rid of ‘Dolsing Fourmen’.” He continued, “You are cutting off everyone’s livelihood. What are Lim Won-hee and I supposed to do?” and complained, “Just end it, end it.”
Lee Sang-min suggested, “Let’s take this opportunity for the older members to get married quickly and change it to ‘Married Fourmen’.” To this, Tak Jae-hoon said, “Lim Won-hee and I would be the fastest to become a couple,” but added, “I was sincere about ‘Dolsing Fourmen’,” expressing regret.
Lee Sang-min got married to a woman 10 years his junior last month on the 30th. It is a remarriage after more than 20 years since his divorce in 2005. He has only registered the marriage without a ceremony at his wife’s request.
Another ‘Dolsing Fourmen’ member, Kim Jun-ho, will also get married to fellow comedian Kim Ji-min in July. As a result, 2 out of the 4 members will have successfully remarried this year.
Though half of the ‘Dolsing Fourmen’ members are no longer ‘dolsing,’ there has been no announcement regarding the continuation of the program.
