[Seoul=RNX News] Reporter Hyun-Chul Hyun = Singer-songwriter Choi In Kyung releases her first EP ‘Love Me’ at noon on the 24th, greeting listeners.
This album includes a total of five songs, including the title track and pre-release song ‘Stars,’ and showcases Choi In Kyung’s new musical journey, covering various genres from ballads to pop and R&B.
The double title track ‘Love Me’ is a song that calmly expresses the heart that yearns for love but cannot easily approach it, with Na Sanghyun of Na Sanghyun Band participating in the arrangement to enhance the sound quality.
The live clip filmed against the backdrop of a sunset at the beach conveys the mood of the song more deeply with natural light, the sound of waves, and Choi In Kyung’s delicate vocals.
The album ‘Love Me’ also stands out for its collaborations with various fellow artists. Singer-songwriter Lee Kang Seung participates in the featured track ‘Rough Heart,’ completing the emotional line of the song richly.
Lee Kang Seung’s vocals, which convey emotions without embellishment, blend with the calm and quiet sentiment of ‘Rough Heart,’ further enhancing the completeness of the song.

This EP includes a total of five tracks, including the two title tracks and ‘Rough Heart,’ as well as ‘IF I’ which captures the excitement of love beginning, and ‘Memories’ which was arranged with the participation of Billiocosty.
With a composition that shows various moments of love in different atmospheres, it also increases the enjoyment of listening to the entire album.
Choi In Kyung introduced this album as “a record that honestly captures the feelings I wanted to convey in hoping for love.”
He explained, “I asked myself why I only hoped for love, why the lyrics were always passive, and the words I finally found in the passing seasons were ‘Love Me.'” He continued, “Please watch my journey ahead. I hope this album becomes a small comfort when you’re lonely.”
Meanwhile, Choi In Kyung will hold a year-end solo concert ‘Memories’ at CKL Stage in Jung-gu, Seoul on December 7th, continuing the emotion of the new album on stage as well. [Photo provided by January]
