
The training camp update of ASTRO member and actor Cha Eun-woo (28, Lee Dong-min) has been revealed.
On the 13th, a photo of the 25th Training Regiment, 5th Company, 1st Platoon was uploaded to the Army Training Center website’s trainee sketch (photo), showing Cha Eun-woo posing in a dignified manner in a military uniform.
Notably, he is wearing a company commander trainee armband on his shoulder. The company commander trainee armband is worn by a trainee who takes on the role of company commander. His handsome appearance still stands out in the military.
Previously, Cha Eun-woo entered the Army Training Center in Nonsan, Chungnam, on the 28th of last month. He will serve actively in the Army Band after completing basic military training. His discharge is expected on January 27, 2027.
Before enlisting, Cha Eun-woo addressed fans via a live broadcast, saying, “I’m curious and excited about my 30s after enlisting. I hope all of you have good luck in everything you do, and I’ll return well.”
Meanwhile, Cha Eun-woo debuted as a member of the boy group ASTRO in 2016 and gained popularity with songs like ‘All Night,’ ‘Baby,’ ‘You’re My Breath,’ ‘Confession,’ ‘Breathless,’ ‘Candy Sugar Pop.’ He also showcased his talent as a solo singer last year with the release of his solo album ‘Entity.’
Alongside his singing career, Cha Eun-woo has also pursued acting. He began his acting career in earnest with his appearance in the 2017 drama ‘Hit the Top.’
He has since built his filmography with appearances in dramas such as ‘My ID is Gangnam Beauty,’ ‘Top Management,’ ‘Rookie Historian Goo Hae-ryung,’ ‘True Beauty,’ ‘Island,’ ‘A Good Day to be a Dog,’ ‘Wonderful,’ and the movie ‘Decibel.’
