Cha Eun-woo has once again proven the ‘pinnacle of visuals’. It’s through the premium project ‘ME : UNBOXED’, which transcends a simple photo book to become an artistic object.

This limited edition photo book offers fans a ‘true unboxing’ moment, encompassing sensational artwork, collaboration with global artists, and digital technology.

The photo shoot took place in Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan. In refined spaces of city and nature, Cha Eun-woo revealed a new inner self with a gaze that looked into emotion, not the camera. His deep expressions and poses in every shot are being praised as closer to ‘a collection of artworks’ than just a fan book.

Collaboration with VERDY, and even NFC figures… expansion of senses

The other protagonist of this photo book is the global street artist VERDY. The unique character artwork, stickers, keyrings, and acrylic stands are considered elements that significantly enhance the collectible value of the photo book.

Moreover, the ‘Torix figure’ that embodies Cha Eun-woo features NFC functionality, so that when tagged with a smartphone, behind-the-scenes video content plays, providing a digital connectivity beyond offline goods.

Limited to 50,000 sets in total… “A new way of collecting Cha Eun-woo”

This photo book is made in a two-tiered high-end package, including over 10 items such as an outbox, photobook, photocards, polaroid cards, postcard set, poster, 3 VERDY goods, and the Torix figure.

Only 50,000 limited editions worldwide, with a retail price of 140,000 KRW. Due to this rarity and artistic planning, it is gaining attention as a ‘premium art collection’, beyond just a fan merchandise.

The photo book is exclusively sold at Omake Store, with pre-orders running from the 7th to the 18th. Even before the official sale, reactions on SNS and fan communities are hot, describing it as “a crazy composition provoking the desire to own”, and “Cha Eun-woo sublimated into art”.
