Actor Bae In-hyuk shared his thoughts on continuously working on historical dramas. At the Channel A new Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Check-in Hanyang’ production presentation held at the Elliena Hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 17th, Bae In-hyuk said, “I have participated in three consecutive historical dramas.
This is the first time I’ve led the story from start to finish in a historical drama.”
Bae In-hyuk, following ‘Shuroop’ in 2022 and ‘The Forbidden Marriage’ in 2023, is taking on the challenge with the historical drama ‘Check-in Hanyang’. Bae In-hyuk shared, “‘Shuroop’ was a historical drama where I had a short appearance before going to the afterlife.
‘The Forbidden Marriage’ is a 12-episode series where except for episodes 1 and 12, it is set in the modern-day,” and added that “I had a desire to develop a story throughout an entire historical drama.
That naturally led to my choice of this project,” he explained.
