The group ZEROBASEONE presents a gift-like album. Recently, ZEROBASEONE revealed the album sampler and music video teaser for their Japanese debut EP ‘Present’ on their official YouTube channel. ‘Present’ is the first Japanese EP album prepared for ZEROSE (fandom name) who sent enthusiastic love with the group’s Japanese debut.
It includes a total of 6 songs: 4 original Japanese songs and the Japanese versions of 2 Korean songs.
In the album sampler, a miniature house designed with various windows appears, and as each song from the album plays, relevant objects related to the song appear through the windows, drawing attention.
The music video teaser exudes the atmosphere of a scene from a youth movie, raising expectations for the soon-to-be-released full music video. In particular, this album is composed of double title tracks, proving ZEROBASEONE’s broad musical spectrum.
The first title track ‘Now or Never’ features a poignant message of “always holding feelings for you despite being apart” expressed through a combination of drum and bass and rock sounds.

The second title song ‘Only One Story’ is a cheering song that gives courage to all those who embark on an adventure and was chosen as the new opening theme for the popular Japanese TV animation ‘Pokémon.’ The song ‘Firework’ features an uplifting melody in the disco house genre, while ‘Hana,’ their first Japanese fan song, stands out with the members’ delicate emotional delivery over intense rock sounds. ‘Feel The Pop’ and ‘Good So Bad’ were re-recorded in Japanese versions. Last March, ZeroBaseOne’s first Japanese single ‘Yurayura -Unmei no Hana-‘ achieved ‘half a million seller’ status within a week of debut, and received the ‘Double Platinum’ certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan for reaching cumulative shipments of over 500,000 copies.
