Group Lucemble is leaving their agency.
It’s been 1 year and 2 months since their debut. The agency CTD ENM stated, “We express our gratitude for the precious support and love towards the Lucemble members (Hyunjin, Yeojin, Vivi, Gowon, Hyeju),” and announced on the 29th, “We inform you that the exclusive contract with Lucemble, who we’ve been journeying with, has ended.” They added, “We deeply thank the Lucemble members who were part of this meaningful journey with us, and we will continue to support their illustrious journey ahead.” It is a separation after 1 year and 2 months since redebut.
The five members of Lucemble are former members of the girl group LOONA and had a contract dispute with Blockberry Creative, the former agency of LOONA, in 2022.
At the time, LOONA filed an injunction to suspend the exclusive contract against the agency citing a collapse of mutual trust, and after a legal battle that lasted for two years, they won the appeal for the injunction completely in June last year. The members, whose exclusive contract effects were suspended, continued their individual activities. Among them, Hyunjin, Yeojin, Vivi, Gowon, and Hyeju signed contracts with CTD ENM, founded by Director Yoon Doyeon who was involved in various operational tasks since the debut project of LOONA, and they debuted as Lucemble in September last year.
