Trot singers Han So-min and Gong Hoon participated in ‘Interview Note’ Vol.3, held on the 16th at Café Schus in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
This event was themed ‘Trot Poem & Memories’, and was a time for numerous trot stars and fans to share memories and record emotions through poems and photos.
On this day, Han So-min and Gong Hoon, as the official guests of ‘Interview Note’ Vol.3, enhanced the emotional atmosphere of the warm autumn evening. They provided a special memory to the audience through poem readings, talks, and live performances.
The audience freely viewed the exhibited trot poems and photo works, reminiscing on their own memories, with a talk session and live performances creating a colorful trot evening.
Han So-min captured the audience’s hearts by reading her self-written poems with lyrical and beautiful rhythm.
Following this, she heated up the atmosphere with her new song ‘Oh, It’s Attractive’, and received enthusiastic responses by covering ‘Can’t Live Without You’ by Bae Chi Kim, prompting audience participation.
Han So-min’s delicate expressiveness and heartfelt live stage left a deep impression on the audience, vividly showcasing the profound emotion and charm of trot.
Gong Hoon touched the audience by reading a self-composed poem based on memories with his grandmother from childhood.
He conveyed his longing for the grandmother who laid the roots of his trot life, eliciting warm applause and cheers of encouragement from the audience.
Gong Hoon chose ‘Even If My Life is Filled with Tears’ by Na Hoon-a, showing off his exquisite trot techniques and deep emotional expression.

The audience responded with requests for an encore to his heartfelt performance, and he answered by performing ‘At the Café’ by Choi Jin-hee live, soothing the final longing and promising a future encounter.
Kim Yena, who planned and conducted ‘Interview Note’, stated, “It was truly meaningful to have a time united by trot. The deepening autumn evening was a moment where hearts could be moist with poetry and songs, and the emotion was doubled. I want to continue ‘Interview Note’ with various themes and forms to create a stage for more communication and empathy with people.”
In addition, this ‘Interview Note’ Vol.3 “Trot Poem & Memories” was graced by the presence of singers Kim Sun-jun, Choi Jeon-seol, Park Na-ro, Doo Gak, Hong Seo-hyun, Ahn Jeong-yi, etc. They each spontaneously wrote and read poems, expressing their honest thoughts and feelings about trot.
Furthermore, the event exhibited self-written poems by many trot stars such as Son Tae-jin, Park Min-soo, Min Soo-hyun, Kim So-yoo, Moon Cho-hee, Kang Seung-yeon, Ryu Won-jeong, Kim Na-hee, Ha Dong-geun, Choi Dae-seong, Jin Woong, Jung Ho, Jang Gun, Jin Hye-jin, Yoo Min-ji, Seo Ki-hyuk, adding meaning to ‘Trot Poem & Memories’.
