In the drama, Kim Young-ran (played by Jeon Yeo-been) gets a job as the personal bodyguard of Chairman Ga Seong-ho (played by Moon Seong-geun) of Ga Sung Group and signs a marriage registration following his proposal, grabbing the opportunity to inherit a large wealth. To truly become the owner of the inheritance, she must endure the time of three months without getting caught by anyone, so she begins to hide and live under the fake identity of Busemi in the small rural Muchang Village.
On the other hand, Jeon Dong-min (played by Jinyoung), who runs a strawberry farm in Muchang Village, is a single dad raising his son alone. Determined to be the most reliable support for his son, he does not easily trust people and is always on his guard.
The woman who must deceive everyone to survive, Kim Young-ran, and the man who trusts no one, Jeon Dong-min, meet in the very narrow Muchang Village where, once removed, everyone knows each other well and start to feel subtle psychological changes.
