Actor Ma Dong-seok ventures into his first life entertainment starring in a global boxing survival show.
The new entertainment show ‘I Am Boxer’, set to air on tvN at the end of the year, is a massive project culminating in a final match at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas. It is also scheduled for streaming via global OTT, raising anticipation.

*‘I Am Boxer’ is not just a reality program but a real boxing survival show unfolding against a global backdrop. Ma Dong-seok, who has practiced real boxing for decades, is currently running a boxing gym, acting as a trainer, and as a promoter. This program is his first entertainment that he plans and stars in, and it’s a project encapsulating his ‘true love for boxing’.
Particularly, the final round is set to take place at the ‘MGM Grand Arena’, the holy ground of boxing.
A new ‘survival champion’ will be born in the very place where many legends, from Muhammad Ali to Mayweather, have stepped into the ring.

Directed by Lee Won-woong PD of ‘Steel Troop’ and ‘2.9 Billion: Wedding Wars’, and written by Kang Sook-kyung, the writer of ‘Physical: 100’. As experts of the survival genre in the entertainment field are reuniting, an overwhelming structure and development beyond the existing survival frame are expected.
Additionally, ‘Big Punch Sports’, where Ma Dong-seok is the representative, is directly participating in production and promotion, promising to add the realness and dramatic flair of ‘real boxing’.
