Yesan County is preparing a large-scale festival for local children in celebration of Children’s Day.
The ‘103rd Children’s Day Big Party’ to be held at Yun Bong-gil Gymnasium on May 5th will present a special day for children with various performances and experience programs.
This event, organized by the Korea BBS Daejeon Chungnam Federation Yesan Branch (Chairman Kim Chang-jin), will be held from 9 AM to 1 PM around Yun Bong-gil Gymnasium. It has been composed of programs that can be enjoyed by not only local children but also all family members.
Main performance programs at the event include the popular ‘Pororo Sing-Along Show’ for children, as well as ‘Bubble Show’, ‘Magic Show’, and more. Various experience activities are also prepared.
Experience programs range from creative activities such as face painting, nail art, making gochujang, and soap making, to educational programs like children’s fire experience, cycle experience, Norika, and more. Additionally, snacks such as jelly, cotton candy, and tteokbokki will be provided for free.
An official from Yesan County said, “On this precious day when children become the protagonists, we have prepared a variety of spectacles and enjoyments so that the entire family can have a pleasant time,” adding, “We hope for the interest and participation of many citizens.”
This event is prepared to reflect on the meaning of Children’s Day and provide special memories for local children, and Yesan County is making every effort to ensure it becomes a safe and enjoyable festival.
