According to the album sales aggregation site Hanteo Chart on the 14th, GFRIEND’s (Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, SinB, Umji) special album ‘Season of Memories’ went straight to No. 1 on the daily album chart on the release day (January 13th).
The title track ‘Season of Memories’ gained momentum in popularity from the official release of the special album. This song, pre-released on the 6th, gradually climbed the ranks from 6 PM on the 13th and reached its highest ranking of 7th on the Bugs real-time chart at 8 AM on the 14th. The newly released album commemorating their 10th anniversary achieved balanced success in both music and albums, proving their continued popularity.

GFRIEND is adorning their 10th anniversary with grand sensation. Their appearance on the YouTube channel ‘dingo music’s ‘Killing Voice’ ranked 3rd in views for 2024 on that channel. Considering their episode was released on December 10 last year, it shows tremendous interest. The clip of ‘The 39th Golden Disc Awards’ stage had 1.87 million views as of 10 AM on the 14th, the highest among this year’s acts.
Despite a busy schedule, GFRIEND is united by the desire to gift precious memories to their fans, planning the 10th debut anniversary project with Source Music over a long period. Apart from new song releases and music show appearances, they’re also planning a solo tour spanning several Asian cities.
GFRIEND will hold a solo concert ‘GFRIEND 10th Anniversary ‘Season of Memories’’ at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, from the 17th to the 19th. This performance will be an opportunity to look back on the past activities of the six members alongside many of the team’s hit songs. In March, they will continue the excitement with a tour in five Asian cities: Osaka, Yokohama, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, and Taipei.
